Spin classes promise to transform your "Mind Body Spirit Soul", it is addictive, even when  affirmations shouted to participants by me, the classes are never dull or monotonous. You'll definitely see benefits in a small amount of time from  weight loss to bettering your physical, mental health.

"It's Great for Any Age" Because Spinning is a low-impact workout, it's just as great of a workout, for older adults, as it is for trained athletes.
We use Indoor cycle Bikes, choreographed rides take you out on a Mindful Journey, there are monitors on each bike as we use RPM rides within the session, you do not have to use the monitors to have great ride! your always in control working at your desired level.
You will not only leave Energised, Empowered, we aim our rides to burn an average 600 calories per session, Heart Rate Monitors/Fitbits are advised for your own monitoring and setting goals.
24 hour cancellation or forfeit the session at full price.  As Waiver Disclaimer for participants is required before riding.

PILATES MAT

Dancers do it. So do swimmers and many other professional athletes. Maybe you should too — but what exactly is this workout called "Pilates Mat?"
Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Joseph Pilates developed this exercise methodology in the early 1900s to help fellow internees in a German national camp in England and, later, World War I veterans injured in the war. Later, Pilates brought his exercise system to the United States and opened a gym with his wife.
Mat Pilates borrows from disciplines such as dance, yoga and classic calisthenics.  Pilates series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support, as you progress we use Props like Swiss Balls, Band, Mini Balls much more...........
Pilates focuses on good movement and posture, mobilising the joints and using the body more efficiently. We develop and strengthen the intrinsic muscles which support the spine and all joint movement. This helps to reduce general aches and pains and conserves energy. After practising Pilates, you will become much more body aware and feel a difference in your posture, physical ability and stamina.
